Do I need an Account to shop?

  • No. You do not need an account with us to start purchasing
  • Will I receive any order confirmation email/invoice from you?

  • Yes. An order confirmation email and your invoice will be sent to you right after your order is paid. If you do not find it in your inbox mail, kindly check on your spam/junk mail. Kindly contact us for further assistance if you do not receive it.
  • Can I amend my order?

  • Our team will try to assist you if you would like to request an amendment to your order before it is shipped out. We reserve the right to reject any amendment when your order is ready to ship.
  • Can I cancel the order and get a refund if my payment has been made?

  • No. We do not accept any cancellation of orders.
  • How do I apply for a discount code/store credit voucher?

  • Kindly insert your discount code/credit voucher upon the checkout page and click "APPLY". We are unable to manually apply the discount code/store credit voucher on your behalf. Kindly ensure all information is correct before payment.

    Order and Shipping

    How do I place an order?

  • 1. Select the items that you would like to purchase, click 'add to cart'
  • 2. Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the quantity, size, color and the total amount within you cart.
  • 3. Fill in your billing details (email, phone number, name and shipping address) on the check out page.
  • 4. Complete the order via Paypal, FPX, Debit/Credit Card. Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer to our bank accounts: KIDSWEAR KIDDIE BOUTIQUE — 514879154557 (MAYBANK)
  • 5. If you pay by direct bank transfer, kindly email your transaction slip to kidswearboutiq@gmail.com or whatsapp us +601116258561 to notify us that you have made the payment.
  • 6. You should receive an email/SMS confirmation (or reply from us in our Facebook/Instagram if you pay by direct bank transfer) containing your order number once you've complete the order.
  • WHow long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders will only be processed and shipped out to the shipping address within 72 hours upon receiving the full payment. Personalized orders will be processed within 3 - 5 working days. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel. Parcels will usually arrive in 1 - 3 working days (West Malaysia), 3 - 5 days (East Malaysia), 5 - 18 working days for other regions (barring any unforeseen circumstances).
