We ship all orders globally via Standard Shipping. You can enjoy free shipping for orders over RM80 for Peninsular Malaysia RM150 Sabah & Sarawak. Please refer to our delivery charges and estimated delivery time below:

* For worldwide shipping, please contact us through DM to place your order as the shipping and handling fee are now dependent on weight, and vary depending on destination.

What is your return policy?

Not applicable for personalised clothing.

For clothing that is not personalised, Exchange/refund request must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep

To be eligible for return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. A return shipment tracking number should be made available to the Kidswear team via Email or whatsapp.

All related exchange/refund shipping cost will be borned by the buyer.

For clothes with personalisation

If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or with the products, we will replace immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to kidswearboutiq@gmail.com and we will exchange your item for a new one. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace products whereby a spelling or other errors were made during the ordering process as all our products are personalised specifically for you. Please do check all orders prior to checking out.
